Auction for Camp

We have had a donation of items to be auctioned to help in sending boys and girls to summer camp at Timberlake Ranch Camp. The full donation is shown below and while we will accept bids for the full donation, we will also accept bids for six groupings of the items. If a bid for the full donation exceeds the combined bids of the groupings, it will be sold to that bidder. Bids may be submitted by sending an email to with the word auction in the subject line. Indicate clearly which grouping(s) you would like to bid on and the amount of your bid. The current highest bid will be updated regularly and bidding will end on Sunday, September 30th at 5:00 pm. All proceeds will be used to provide scholarships for children at Hope to go to camp.


Grouping #1 – Grandpa and Grandma with wagon, straw bale and artificial fruits and gourds.

Grouping #2 – Boy and girl with straw bales and assorted candies0

Grouping #3 – Quilt (3′ x 4′)

Grouping #4 – wooden boxes, lined baskets, jellies and maple syrup.

Grouping #5 – Harvest decorating accessories; artificial fruits and vegetables, grains and small baskets and burlap bags

Grouping #6 – Toy fruits and vegetables

The Timberlake Challenge 2018-2019

Timberlake Ranch Camp provides an incredible Christian Camping experience including horseback riding, swimming, boating, challenges and games galore. Last year, Hope EFC sent a total of 31 children and youth to Timberlake free of charge! In order to earn this great experience, children must complete one of several challenges to go to camp.

  • Children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade must complete an entire Awana handbook and are rewarded with a day of day camp.
  • Children in third through sixth grade must complete 24 Sections in their Awana handbook and are rewarded with a full week of camp.

All requirements for this challenge must be completed and registrations turned in by May 31st.
