By typing my name below I am giving my child permission to participate in X Camp 2025 and to be transported to and from Collins Park or Hope Evangelical Free Church (Hope EFC). I give full permission to Hope EFC to use any photo or video of my child to be used for promotion and/or social media. In the event of an emergency, I grant permission for my child to receive emergency medical treatment, and I will not hold Hope EFC staff or volunteers liable for any injuries.
